It's definitely more dynamic and energetic with you speaking to a moving camera. I like the rhythm and motion of this - more appropriate for everyday use than a more high-impact, full-on MTV style of shooting.
I like it too, much more engaging.
Pro:
Better lighting
Better quality
Cons:
Motion sickness almost kicked in for the first 15 seconds.
Little to much zoom in and out for no reason

Not to be facetious, but couldn't Laura do this for you instead of having to pay someone. Just my thoughts!
There are a couple ways to get visual dynamism... moving the camera, moving the subject, moving the background, using multiple cameras. Scott - let's have Mark try two cams tomorrow and see if that works.
Some of the disorientation may also be caused by the diagonal lines of the fence + the camera motion.
Regarding Laura doing this, that is EXACTLY what she said. I am going to give Mark an opportunity to do better, which i am sure he can do, before i pull the plug. Laura and I have had our biggest and only fights when she is the photographer. Puts lots of pressure on a marriage.
I agree regarding too much zoom in and out. Lighting is much better. Two cameras is a good idea but I’m not sure it’s necessary.
Having Laura shoot the video is also a good idea. Maybe with the money you save you can buy her something nice to make up for any pressure on the marriage :)
