Hey Scott! Today it's safe to say I'm not that thrilled with UPS for domestic shipping either. Sorry you didn't receive the package...I really think you'll love the new samples....whenever you do finally receive them. Have a great time this weekend with Laura and the girls! We're sweltering down here. Kristin

I realize that it is cheaper to send UPS, but they are the worst company in the world for shipping. Personally, I only ship FedEx, they have a 99% on-time rate and they are amazing. Biggest problem with UPS, if you are not home and have to pick-up the package at their location, forget about it, you are in line for literally an hour even if there is only 4 customers in front of you. UPS HORRIBLE!!!

UPS is not necessarily the cheapest; many other carriers are cheaper, including DHL, and frankly Fedex would match their rates. It is not just about cost. UPS should and does leave packages at the door for all our customers. There must be something with your driver, or route.

Awesome! As a Californian who has migrated to Australia, I am missing my SeV stuff! I remember paying $5 for a 237D when I lived in California, but paying $101 just to ship an Evolution to Sydney is just too much!

Bring on cheap USPS Global Priority!

i know you make several references on your website to warn of import duties & brokers fees when shipping internationally so it isn't that we didn't know -- its that we wanted you to change it and you are. Please be sure to make a big splash announcing the change date and i'll tell all my Canadian TWIT friends who wanted a Scottevest but who refuse to buy when shipped via UPS the good news. i think you'll see an immediate upsurge in Canadian purchases -- worth the paperwork, don't you think?

We're working hard to get this feature up ASAP. There was an unfortunate technical snag, and we need to configure a different version of our checkout software to be able to ship USPS international. Should be available soon... we're really looking forward to meeting some new international SeV fans!
