Project Manager
We are looking for a talented professional with strong marketing and project management experience to head up our growing customer service team. Need to be creative and have innovative ideas on how to develop and grow a sophisticated CS dept. Champion the consumer’s online experience, with a keen eye on developing a superior user experience. Manage a growing department of customer service professionals. Good trainer and communicator. Work closely with Marketing and CEO to map out the goals and requirements for Customer service program. Perform ad hoc customer analysis, manage customer service programs and gather, synthesize, and prioritize customer information and needs.
Customer Service
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has excellent computer and phone skills, is detail oriented, able to multi-task and thrives in a fast paced environment. Customer Service is done by phone/email and requires patience, a good sense of humor and someone who enjoys working with and helping people.
