Your a natural...not to many "uh" and the quality wasn't bad for youtube, but do checkout blip.tv
I also use the 8830 and love it (as you mentioned no camera)
I also love my Archos 605 wifi, I take shows from my TiVo and put them on my archos for watching when I travel or even from the LCD in my Prius (with a little hacking).
Thanks Randy. I truly appreciate the encouragement. I have not had a chance to look at blip.tv yet but I will for sure. One thing i like about youtube is the added viral effect it may have in case anyone is searching the results seem to come up. I agree the quality of the video is not great. I used direct capture mode on my mac, which i honestly don't like terribly much.
I miss my Tivo; DirectTV swapped our Tivo units out, but i loved being able to watch on the go.
Have a great weekend. I will try to post video entries from home on a more personal nature, for the weekend theme.
actually the new fleece is not intended to zip into any other product; personally i never zipper the 4.0 fleec into the tactical jacket, as i thought it was too limiting and hard to undo, vs. simply layering.
You will like it, i promise. It is very cool. Available this fall
Looking forward to seeing more about the new fleece. I love my SeV hoodie, and my new Evolution. The Essential is my least favorite at the moment, but I think that's because the weather hasn't been quite right for it since I've had it (either warm or cold, as it is right now). I suspect that there's a "sweet spot" temperature where it'll be ideal.
In fact, the only drawback to having so many pockets is that it takes ages to transfer from one jacket to another!
In terms of gadgets, my current favorite toy is my Asus P750. It's a PDA with Bluetooth and WiFi, 3G phone (but will work in the US too) and SiRFstar III GPS (I run TomTom 6 on it). And it all fits into such a small device.
I've just ordered a Sonim XP1 ultra-rugged phone. You really have to check out the YouTube vids on this baby! You can drive a car or an elephant over the thing, even bake it in concrete and the little sucker just keeps going. I'm just trying to work out which pocket of the Evolution it should go in...
I bought my first SEV Tactical 4.0 in 05, and made the horrible mistake of NOT ordering a Yellow Fleece Insert. ARRGGHHH! I wish you guys would consider that it is a GREAT contrast to have a zippable insert. I love the way my black fleece inserts into my Medium jacket, and have ordered a LT size that I see has arrived at the office, according to UPS. I guess I'll have to order a Large Fleece before they go - are you discontinuing them soon?
Yea, I loved the yellow collar too, but it seemed like the yellow got dirty quicker or more obviously than the black collar, and it didn't look as good in pictures as it did in person, so we discontinued it a long time ago. We are replacing the fleece fairly soon, so if you want one, you should order it fairly soon, although we do plan on putting it on sale soon too. The new one will be available in the Fall.

Scott:
will the new fleece jacket still integrate with the Tactical 4.0's?
