Scott, been in virtual lust with your products since I first found them. I finally got a couple pairs of shorts and a full 4.0 set as well as the pullover and I love them all to death. I ran into an issue with a sleeve zipper on the 4.0 tactical, but the new 5.0 looks fantastic. The pocket labels/icons are a fantastic idea and a major improvement, the first comment most people gave me when I showed them my 4.0 was "how do you remember what is in which pocket?"

The clear inner pockets are fabulous as well, and I very much like the fact that the inner zippers look pullable, I don't often use the inner pockets in the Fleece 4.0 because they are so hard to zip/unzip. Kudos on a great job and hopefully I can find space in my budget for another coat this year.

Good to see you're evolving, but perhaps you could also evolve on shipping prices? I eagerly popped into your last sale, all ready to pick up some bargains, and what should have saved me money actually cost me way too much just to ship your stuff here to Australia. I was gonna buy a jacket, some pants and something else and it should have been a cool $150 or so, but wound up (with shipping) being well over $300!

I love you gear, I really do, but I really can't justify purchasing when shipping costs exceed the purchase price. I regularly pick up stuff from ThinkGeek (in fact, I got my SeV hoodie from there) and rarely pay over $30 in shipping for bigger, heavier and more delicate packages that are delivered quicker.

Just some feedback, Scott. I'd love to own everything you have but your shipping fees prevent me doing so.

Thanks for your comments;

we have improved the zippers very much and hope you agree. if you have a problem with a prior zip, we will take care of it.

regarding shipping, we are adding USPS option in about a week or so. Please stay tuned. The shipping via UPS is ridiculous.

I need to "me too" on Shiro's comment. I ordered a 4.0 combo (uh, tactical) on sale, and also got to pay about twice the price after customs and shipping.

Mind you, i STILL think the clothing is worth it. I've worn the jacket and/or the fleece nearly every day since buying them, save for the warm summer days, and i really like them. One problem though is that i tend to gather way too much stuff in the pockets :)

Scott, it must be time to open a virtual store in Oz! I'm sitting Down Under with my SEV 4.0, keen to get a 5.0 and wear it before the Aussie summer hits. I had a friend pick it up for me on a recent trip to the USA to save on shipping, so glad you're bringing on a new shipper.

Love the kit!

"me too" on Shiro's comment. I'm in Australia too, and would buy new gear from you regularly if not for the shipping costs. I have to wait until a kindly traveller is headed to the US to be able to bring/ship things back for me via USPS. Looking forward to that option being available!

same problem with your neighbours in the Great White North. I have a few SeV products but had them shipped to friends in the US because UPS charges too much for brokerage and handling.

I'm looking forward to ordering this vest, but only if the USPS shipping option comes available.
