This has really been a big month for us, with our metrics up and our SeV Travel Clothing messaging really starting to take root. As always, we could not have done this without your help. Here are some highlights from the past week:
- SCOTTEVEST in the New York Times – we were featured in the Travel Section of the Sunday Times this week, “[SeV is] particularly handy now that some airlines have been requiring travelers to remain seated for the last hour of the flight.” If you're in a reading mood, check out the article about us in BusinessWeek from earlier in the month.
- It's official: SeV is the only iPad compatible clothing line. We had to wait until after Apple announced the iPad yesterday to say anything, but it will fit into most sizes of SeV products.
- The secret Sale Page is still going strong. It's the best place to find one-day only sales and a quick run-down on the latest SeV news. Today you can save 20% off the Pack Windbreaker, while supplies last. Be sure to bookmark the page and check back daily. If you follow @scottevest on Twitter, you will get notified everytime something goes on sale.
- You know that we value your opinion, so we have a big question for you. Please answer our super-simple one question survey about changing the name of SCOTTEVEST.
- We need your help getting SeV to be the number 1 listing for “Travel Clothing” and “Travel Clothes” on Google. Check out our Travel Clothing Contest to see how you can help (and win). Deadline is tomorrow, so don't delay.
- We are constantly posting on Facebook, Twitter and Posterous with the latest news from SeV, but as a clothing company we especially know that one size does not fit all. Update your e-mail options to receive only the communications from us that you want, from weekly updates to monthly updates to just twice a year sale announcements... the choice is yours. If you want to continue to receive messages about once a month from us, you do not need to do anything.
- New product preview – the SeV Carry-on Travel Trench.
- Read this post about how you can help us with the Haiti relief effort. We're matching donated funds, so please contribute to this worthy cause.
