Scott, I have a few questions about this.

1. Is there a difference in the expected delivery times between UPS and USPS?

2. If I cancel an existing Fleece 5.0 order so that I can switch to USPS, does that mean that I lose my place in the pre-order line, so I have to wait longer?

3. If there is still some benefit to using UPS over USPS (albeit with higher cost), will you continue to offer it as an option?

Thanks!

Nice. Fedex and UPS both screw Canadians with brokerage fees, USPS doesn't.

I'm so there with you loraksus. I had to pay an extra $50 when I bought my Evolution Jacket, but it was worth it.

Thanks Scott for caring about us Canadians!

The best news. I am constantly impressed with this company and it just shows how much you care about customers to take this extra step. 99% of other companies would just place the blame and do nothing. You guys actually fixed a problem that I was about to complain about before I typed the email!

This is great news! Finally I might actually order some new stuff that I've been wanting to try out, but the additional cost of shipping etc have put me off. Good work there Scott!

This is fantastic news. I've been waiting about a year to organise alternate shipping, but haven't quite got it. UPS to Asia-Pacific region was more than the value of the goods! I expect this market will pick up now that the prices in our area are equitable.

Viva la SeV! :D

Thank you. Will definitely be using USPS in the future. I got shipped the 5.0 and was charged $76 dollars as brokerage and tax. Ridiculous. UPS never again..

THANK YOU so much. I love my Scott eVest clothing but had to jump through hoops to organise friends to carry it from the US to New Zealand.

The cheapest shipping until now was around US$180, however small and lightweight the item.

The order I'm currently pricing will cost around US$38. That's around one fifth the shipping cost.

I'll now be able to indulge my eVest passion.

This is a huge benefit to those of us in New Zealand.
