While the content of my blog evolves from day to day, it is based on a consistent philosophy: Each post reflects an honest assessment of what I’m thinking behind the scenes as we grow SeV here in beautiful Ketchum. This is not solely a marketing tool, but rumor has it that I’ll let some juicy coupon codes slip from time to time….
I have a few time saving points for you and your editor. First, most video editors are visual so creating a storyboard like in films gets your vision across. I would try this program to create those storyboards StoryBoard Quick.
Your comments as you go through the video are great, but it would be better if at the end of the video you gave a summary. This way your editor doesn't have to watch the video over and over again to get your comments. What would be better is a summary check list of edits. That way you and the editor can check off what needs to be done and what is completed.
Summary:
- Storyboard program (StoryBoard Quick) - Summary of changes to the video at the end of viewing the video - Summary of Video Edit check list
I think it looks really good so far.
