While the content of my blog evolves from day to day, it is based on a consistent philosophy: Each post reflects an honest assessment of what I’m thinking behind the scenes as we grow SeV here in beautiful Ketchum. This is not solely a marketing tool, but rumor has it that I’ll let some juicy coupon codes slip from time to time….
* X-ray on the Polo needs to be nudged left so that it doesn't overlay as much of the main image. The Evo has just the sleeves touching and that's a better visual composition
* Scale of the main images is slightly off – the Polo is scaled a little bigger than the Evo and looks a little awkward when seen in sequence (I'm nitpicking here)
* Typo in 'Performance' on the Polo header – missing "n"
* On the Polo bullets please change "1" to "One" on the third one down
* Sound for Next/Previous will be the standard "woosh" – let's try to find a subtle x-ray sound, too. Maybe a crackling electric sound + hum (more lightsaber than bug zapper). I'll see what I can find, but ideally this will become a standardized sfx across the site for all x-ray effects.
* Let's also consider replacing one of the bullet points on each with "Available Colors: [ ] [ ] [ ]" for all products that have 2 or more colors available.
I'm not feeling the placement of the AS button as a first impression. It may be the framing/colors of it vs. the location. Let's think about whether we need two red buttons for "Click for Information" and "Click for Video" – maybe there is a way to replace the AS bug in that area. Alternate idea – treat the AS bug like a TV broadcast bug where it is mostly transparent except when you mouse over it.
